This was a gift, but the giftees weren't too surprised by it. They said most of the moves aren't new or exciting. I would say this is for someone who wants to be educated, not for someone who already knows some moves!

I liked this book. Not only did it give you very descriptive positions but also had pictures for you to be able to see what they were explaining. For each position they had the Positive and Negative of each one which was helpful in determining which was for you. I only wish it had more positions. About half of the ones in the book I have seen before.

I was a little tenitive when I ordered this. Once I started reading however, I really got into the book. I look forward to trying out a few positions sometime soon. A good book for people looking for a bit of spice and arent sure where to start.

This book is visually stimulating, and lovers will enjoy it not only for the information but also for the turn-on of the visuals!
