I bought these a number of years ago, and I'm sure I paid much more than 99cents lol. In any event, you get what you pay for! 99cents is really about all they're worth. There is absolutely nothing sexy about these. The "fur" looks scary, ratty, thin and poorly thrown together. They look just as cheap as they are now. The keys looked like they were made of plastic, and if the cuffs are made of steel they really fooled me! I never used them, but I still have them because I thought they were funny. :)

I puchased two of these handcuffs and the first time they were used they broke. Seller never contacted me back for replacement or refund.

Perhaps mine is just extremely defective. The slot to "close" the handcuffs is small and flimsy it just makes it extremely difficult. It takes focus, dedication and dexterity to get these on and off. What a huge pain. But the good part is if you get frustrated just twist and pull and bend your wrists and they will come apart. (maybe that's not a good part) If you have decent sized wrists then they probably won't even fit.
I'm not one to give bad reviews but this product certainly deserves it. I recently went to wal-mart and found a much higher quality pair of cuffs (w/out the fuzzies) for half the price of these... and no shipping costs! I definitely wish I had taken that route to begin with and found my own fuzzies to put on. But then I guess I would have missed the opportunity to warn all others about this product.
